It has been 1 year since our website launched and we couldn’t be more proud. We were wondering how best to celebrate during lockdown and what better way than getting out the Australian Women’s Weekly birthday cake book and whipping up a cake for ourselves.
We looked through this iconic book and wondered what to make – the jelly topped pool, barbie doll with cake skirt or the telephone… and eventually settled on the number 1. Easy enough to make and not using too much flour – we only have 1/2 a bag left!
