Two tea bags Ti Ora Fruit Infusion: Forest Fruits with New Zealand Manuka Leaf
120ml Hot Water
20ml Apple Cider Vinegar
50ml Ecology & Co London Dry
1 tsp Maple Syrup
Brew two bags with hot water and apple cider vinegar for 5 mins. Remove the tea bags and allow it to cool down, then chill.
Once chilled, combine with Ecology & Co London Dry and maple syrup. Mix well. Serve into coupe glass over square ice cube.
Garnish with Manuka flower.
