WORD SEARCH: Saturday 11th May 2019 – International Astronomy Day

International Astronomy Day was first celebrated in 1973. The event was created by Doug Berger who was president of the Astronomical Association of Northern California.

Many enthusiasts and professionals enjoy astronomy and wanted to share their enjoyment (and in many cases, professional telescopes) with the general public.

When did you last look up at the night sky? When did you last visit an Observatory?
